Completed qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care (Cert III or Diploma) Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check) National Police Check (within the last 12 months) Strong verbal and written communication skills Solid understanding of EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework), NQF (National Quality Framework), and principles of child protection and safeguarding First Aid & CPR Certification (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
