About you
Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen, restaurant, or hospitality setting
Strong food prep, plating, and kitchen safety/hygiene skills
Full availability for weekend shifts, evenings, and public holidays
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume team environment
Immediate start with flexible full-time, part-time, or casual rosters
