Customer Service & Online Support Team Member This role will support the online division, as well as assist with general enquiries relating to stores and day-to-day operations. Your day will involve a variety of customer service and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

Answering incoming phone calls and emails for the online division

Responding to general customer enquiries

Assisting customers with online orders and enquiries

Handling general enquiries relating to stores and store operations

Problem solving and finding solutions for customersLiaising with stores and other internal teams when required

Navigating internal systems to locate information and assist customers

Managing multiple enquiries and tasks throughout the day

Providing a high level of customer service at all times

About you

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confident speaking with customers over the phone and responding to emails





Good problem-solving skills and can think on their feet

Comfortable using computers and navigating different internal systems

Can multitask and stay organised in a busy environment

Reliable, friendly and approachable

Positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team

Can work in a fast-paced seasonal environment

Previous customer service, retail, online or administration experience is preferred, but willingness to learn is valued
