Scheduling appointments and managing changes with flexibility. Coordinating interstate and international travel for our team. Maintaining accuracy in CRM systems and data entry. Handling outbound calls and telemarketing to assist with sales. Providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with clients and internal teams. Prioritising tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring smooth operations. Applicants must have unrestricted Australian work rights to be eligible for this position. What We're Looking For
Organised and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency. Skilled in Microsoft Office at an intermediate to advanced level. Experienced in administration (2+ years), ideally with scheduling exposure. Confident with time management and balancing competing priorities. A professional communicator, both on the phone and in writing. Someone who thrives in building relationships and solving problems. And importantly… you bring a healthy dose of common sense!
