Commercial Building Facade Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated tradesman to join our growing team. CBFS specialises in facade remediation, waterproofing, glazing rectification, and building envelope diagnostics across commercial and high-rise residential buildings.
This role suits someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and enjoys working on technically challenging projects.
Position Type Full time position with long-term career potential.
About the Role The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of facade and building envelope works across Southeast Queensland. Our projects include high-rise apartment buildings, commercial facilities, and complex water-ingress rectification works.
Typical works include:
Window and facade rectification
Sealant installation and replacement
Waterproofing works
Flashing installation and remediation
Glazing repairs and hardware replacement
Destructive investigations and facade inspections
Carpentry and structural rectification works
Building envelope diagnostics and water testing
Candidate Requirements We are seeking applicants with experience in one or more of the following trades:
Glazing
Waterproofing
Carpentry
Facade installation
Building maintenance or remedial works
Preferred skills and attributes
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work safely at heights
Experience working on commercial or high-rise buildings
Problem-solving mindset for investigative work
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Licences/Tickets
Construction White Card (essential)
Driver's licence (essential)
Working at Heights (preferred)
EWP ticket (preferred)
