Job Description

Game Farm in Galston NSW 2159 is seeking an experienced Butcher / Meat Worker for an early-morning shift from 4:00am to 7:00am, Monday to Friday. The role offers full time, part-time, or contractor engagement in production and warehouse.

Responsibilities include portion cutting to customer specifications, bandsaw operation, boning, trimming, slicing and maintaining yield and quality while adhering to food safety/HACCP standards. Weekend work is not required.
