Ascent Carpentry specialises in structural timber framing for luxury residential construction across Sydney. We're a growing team that takes pride in quality workmanship and setting apprentices up to become strong tradespeople.

The role We're looking for a 3rd year apprentice carpenter to join our framing crews on high-end residential builds. You'll be working alongside experienced lead carpenters, framing homes from the ground up.

What you'll be doing

Structural timber wall, floor, and roof framing on luxury residential projects

Reading and working from plans

Setting out and cutting to spec

Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised site

Learning from and supporting our lead carpenters

What we're looking for

Currently a 3rd year apprentice carpenter

Hands-on experience framing homes — this is essential

White Card

Own reliable transport and driver's licence

Own basic hand tools

Strong work ethic, punctual, and keen to learn

Good attitude and works well in a team
