We are a leading automotive group on the Central Coast, and due to the volume of business and growth we are experiencing, we are seeking an exceptional Business Manager to join our Finance & Insurance department in West Gosford. MG attracts a massive, diverse range of buyers - from first car buyers to families and retirees. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where your primary superpower will be cash conversion. You will be a strategic closer who can confidently show cash buyers the economic benefits of preserving their capital, preserving their cash flow, and choosing tailored dealership financing instead. Key Responsibilities

Cash Conversion Mastery:

Proactively engage cash buyers to present compelling financing alternatives, successfully turning cash transactions into highly profitable finance contracts. High-Volume Throughput:

Efficiently manage a high volume of leads and closing finance applications for prime buyers. Maximise Penetration:





Drive dealership profitability by cross-selling warranties and insurance products. Lender Liaison:

Partner with our premium lenders to secure fast-tracked approvals and competitive structures that outpace external banks. Compliance First:

Ensure absolute adherence to ASIC regulations and responsible lending guidelines on every deal. Skills and Experience

Proven F&I; Track Record:

Minimum 2+ years of automotive Business Manager experience, ideally within a high-volume franchise brand. Relatable communication:

Ability to break down financial strategies into simple, persuasive concepts for a broad demographic. Benefits & Culture
