swara' is seeking a committed and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Caboolture, QLD. This part-time role will see you providing valuable support and assistance to individuals living with mental health challenges, helping them achieve their personal goals and maintain their independence within the community.

What you'll be doing

Providing one-on-one support and assistance to clients with daily living activities

Implementing personalised care plans to help clients manage their mental health and enhance their quality of life

Maintaining accurate client records and documentation

Adhering to all organisational policies, procedures and legislative requirements

What we're looking for

A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability, Ageing, Home and Community) or equivalent

Demonstrated experience in a similar mental health or community support role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Compassion, patience and a genuine commitment to supporting individuals with mental health challenges

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
