Reporting to the Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager, this

Junior Accounts Payable

role provides support to our finance team, primarily through the accounts payable function, and is perfect for a recent Graduate with little to no experience (one year or less). Please note, this role is full-time and based in our office in Campsie, 5 days per week. Key Task and Duties

Register and post purchase order invoices, ensuring all relevant documentation accompanies the invoices Monitor inboxes and phone line Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues and/or discrepancies in order to process invoices in a timely manner Maintain Evolve - the software we use to read and manage our invoices Ad-hoc duties as required What we need from you

Strong willingness to learn and develop Basic/sound understanding of accounting principles Strong attention to detail and analytical ability Accounting qualification (or similar)



completed or currently in progress (Cert III minimum) Full working rights in Australia Culture
