We are currently seeking a highly motivated

Sales Assistant

to join our team at one of our flagship Sydney display suites. This is a career-building opportunity to work alongside an experienced on-site Sales Manager and gain hands-on exposure to the agile world of residential apartment sales.

The Opportunity As the first point of contact for prospective purchasers, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless and professional customer experience. You will support the day-to-day operations of the Display Centre while contributing directly to sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Professionally welcome and assist prospective buyers with enquiries

Capture, manage and follow up on sales leads in a timely manner

Maintain exceptional presentation standards of the display suite and sales office





Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager

Ensure every client interaction reflects the Meriton brand and service standards

About You

Polished, confident and professionally presented

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proactive, organised and detail-oriented

Genuinely interested in property and sales

Driven to build a long-term career in the real estate industry

Requirements

Current NSW Real Estate Certificate or Real Estate Licence

Full Australian working rights

Availability to work five days per week, including weekends (10:00am-5:00pm), with alternative days off during the week
