What to Expect

Customer Service: Impress our guests with your warm, engaging, and speedy service, turning every visit into a memorable and delightful experience.

Service and Order Handling: Efficiently capture food and drink orders, collaborate with your team to get them to the kitchen or bar, and deliver the goods with speed, all while keeping the energy high and the vibe fun!

Menu Knowledge : Master our menus so you can wow our guests with spot-on recommendations and make their experience truly memorable!

Team Collaboration : Work alongside our kitchen crew, bartenders, and all-star colleagues to create a seamless, efficient, and high-energy work environment!

Cleaning Duties :



Keep the vibe fresh and sparkling by handling routine cleaning tasks

About You

Well presented with a high standard of grooming

Flexible with availability, particularly evenings and weekends

Qualifications & Experience

Current RSA, RSG and Food Safety Certificates, or willingness to obtain

Barista, bar or gaming experience is a bonus

Experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar roles preferred
