Work Environment This role is entirely onsite, allowing you to engage directly with patients in a collaborative team setting. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a stable work schedule that fosters a work-life balance. Conduct thorough patient assessments to accurately diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and develop personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals.

Administer hands-on therapies, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and various modalities to restore optimal function and alleviate pain.

Design and implement effective rehabilitation programs for patients post-surgery, those recovering from sports injuries, and individuals dealing with chronic orthopedic conditions.

Provide education to patients and their families about injury prevention strategies, proper body mechanics,



and practical self-management techniques to empower them in their recovery.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, orthopedic specialists, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, progress reports, and patient outcomes, adhering to Kinetic Revive PT’s compliance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus At Kinetic Revive Physical Therapy, you'll work closely with diverse patient populations, including individuals recovering from surgical procedures, athletes looking to return to peak performance, and those managing chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will help these patients navigate the complex challenges of rehabilitation, empowering them to achieve their physical goals and improve their quality of life. Qualifications

A Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Must hold a current Virginia PT license in good standing.

Proficiency in both manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities is essential.

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care are a must.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred, enhancing your understanding of the diverse needs of our patients.
