Service Advisor

to join our busy Tweed Heads team and

automotive experience isn't essential . This could be your opportunity to take the skills you already have and turn them into a long-term career in automotive.

Already a

Technician or mechanically minded

but ready to swap the tools for customers? Your technical knowledge, combined with great people skills, could make you a fantastic Service Advisor.

What We’re Looking For We’re interested in people from

retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, sales and automotive backgrounds

who bring:

Great communication and people skills

Strong organisation and time management

Confidence juggling multiple priorities

Excellent attention to detail

A natural ability to build rapport with customers

A willingness to learn, because there’s plenty to learn!

A positive attitude and personality to match

What You’ll Do You’ll be the important link between our

customers and workshop ,



managing the service experience from start to finish:

Welcome customers and understand their vehicle needs

Coordinate bookings and keep customers updated

Work closely with our Technicians and workshop team

Explain repairs, maintenance and recommendations in everyday language

Recommend additional services where they’ll genuinely benefit the customer

Make sure customers leave feeling looked after
