Pastry Chef de Partie | Full-Time Jocelyn’s Provisions | Albion About the Role This is a full-time, hand-on production role suited to a chef with strong skills across

pastry, baking and decorating . You’ll work as part of our kitchen team to produce consistently high-quality products while maintaining the standards Jocelyn’s Provisions is known for.

Your days will be wide-ranging and may include pastry production, baking, finishing and decorating, with opportunities to develop your skills across different areas of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

Producing high-quality pastry, baked goods and cakes

Cake finishing and decorating to a high standard

Following recipes, methods and production schedules accurately

Managing a section and team within the kitchen

Maintaining consistency, presentation and product quality

Working efficiently in a busy production environment

Maintaining high standards of food safety,



hygiene and cleanliness

Supporting the wider kitchen team to meet daily production requirements

About You

Has professional kitchen experience, in

pastry, baking

and

cake decorating

Has a strong eye for detail and presentation

Takes pride in producing quality food

Can work efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced environment

Is reliable, organised and works well as part of a team

Strong leadership and communication

Is keen to continue developing their skills and knowledge

Experience in

special occasion cakes, pastry production and premium bakery environments

will be highly regarded.
