About the Role
- Deliver engaging visitor experiences through guided interpretation and storytelling, helping guests connect with the Little Penguin colony and its unique coastal environment.
- Champion conservation messages by educating visitors, answering questions, and encouraging positive actions that support wildlife and habitat protection.
About You
- You thrive on engaging with people, confidently connecting with diverse audiences and creating meaningful, memorable interactions.
- You are passionate about inspiring curiosity and learning, with an interest in nature, wildlife, tourism, conservation, or education, and a talent for bringing stories to life.
- You hold or are willing to obtain:
a Working with Children Check, Drivers License and First Aid Level II & CPR certificate.
The Benefits
- Work in the evenings - leaving your days free for work life balance
- Part - time - rate $32.91 per hour inclusive of hourly allowance for 7-day roster (Mon to Sun) & public holidays & 25% casual loading
- Casual rate - $41.14 per hour inclusive of hourly allowance for 7-day roster (Mon to Sun) & public holidays
- 7-day roster (Monday to Sunday) & public holidays
- Position covered under Phillip Island Nature Parks Enterprise Agreement
