SUPERVISOR/MANAGER

F&B; Supervisor

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide hospitality and customer service across food and beverage, bar and in-room dining functions according to rostered operational needs.
- Take reservations, greet guests and patrons, assist with seating and present menus and beverage information.
- Take food and beverage orders and serve meals, beverages and in-room dining orders.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including basic mixed drinks and coffee beverages where required.
- Set, transparent and reset tables and maintain dining, bar and service areas in a clean and presentable condition.
- Process customer payments using EFTPOS and point-of-sale systems and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Replenish beverage and service stock, glassware, refrigerators and other front-of-house supplies.




- Respond to routine guest enquiries regarding accommodation services, dining, amenities and other property services and refer complex matters to a supervisor.
- Promote available services and products and provide professional customer service throughout the guest experience.
- · Follow workplace health and safety, food-safety, responsible service of alcohol and other applicable regulations and maintain current RSA where required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Qualifications: RSA where required.

Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar or other customer-facing hospitality environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
