Our warehouse in Geebung is a key part of our operation, supporting both online orders and customer pickups.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to join our Geebung warehouse team on a part-time basis (25–38 hours per week). This role will primarily support the Warehouse Manager and assist with the day-to-day warehouse operations.
This is a wide-ranging position suited to someone who enjoys being busy, working as part of a small team, and taking ownership of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receiving incoming stock and checking deliveries
- Allocating stock to customer orders
- Stock control and inventory maintenance
- Conducting stock takes
- Assisting with order management and processing
- Investigating and resolving order issues or discrepancies
- Providing basic customer service in relation to customer order pickups
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

About You To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have previous warehouse, retail, or eCommerce experience (preferred but not essential)
- Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Be reliable, punctual, and well organised
- Have basic computer skills and confidence using warehouse or order management systems
