About the role The Warehouse Assistant supports the day-to-day running of the CENDRÉ warehouse, helping ensure customer and wholesale orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in doing things properly and understands that the small details matter. From beautifully packing a customer's first CENDRÉ order to preparing larger wholesale shipments, you'll play an important part in making sure every order leaving our warehouse represents the standard of our brand.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack daily ecommerce orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare wholesale orders for dispatch
- Ensure every order is packed beautifully and in line with CENDRÉ standards
- Process shipping labels and prepare outgoing parcels
- Assist with high-volume dispatch periods, launches and promotional events
- Complete final checks to ensure products, quantities and customer details are correct
- Receive and unpack incoming stock deliveries
- Assist with counting, checking and putting away new stock
- Replenish picking locations throughout the day
- Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts
About you
- Reliable, organised and happy to get stuck in wherever needed
- Work well in a fast-paced environment and understand that accuracy is just as important as speed
- Previous warehouse, pick/pack, retail or stock experience, although this isn't essential
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Reliability and punctuality
- Confidence working independently as well as within a team
- The ability to perform the physical requirements of a warehouse role, including being on your feet throughout the day and safely lifting cartons
