Our client, a leader in Mining and Processing equipment both nationally and worldwide, is currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for their Forrestfield location. The role will see you performing a variety of duties, ensuring receivals, stocktake, logistics, and overall processes are completed efficiently and of a high standard. The ideal candidate will be someone who loves working a close-knit team of professionals, who love what they do, and hope you will too!

Basic Details:

- Location: Forrestfield Warehouse
- Pay: $85k-95k/year - depending on experience
- Commencement: ASAP Start
- Days/Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am-4pm - fulltime permanent role

General Duties:

- Container unloading using the forklift
- Stock receival and labelling
- Generation of purchase orders
- Dispatch of stock to clients
- Regular communication with clients, internal staff, and other parties to ensure smooth intake and output of data and stock
- Use of client portals, Microsoft Word, and Excel

Criteria:

To be successful in this position, you will possess the following:

- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse
- Professional and clear communication style
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Forklift Experience - up to 5T HRWL; LF ESSENTIAL
- Confidence and strong understanding of warehouse operations
- The ability to work autonomously
- Full Australian Driver's Licence
- Australian Working Rights
- Experience working in a similar warehousing / technical environment & role
