NAOT Footwear is a globally recognised comfort footwear brand, sold in thousands of retail locations worldwide. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Ecommerce Fulfilment Assistant to join our team in Dingley Village, supporting both our wholesale and ecommerce operations.

This is a hands-on role within a small, friendly team where your contribution will make a real difference to our customers and retail partners across Australia.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Team, your responsibilities will include:

- Picking, packing and dispatching wholesale and ecommerce orders
- Receiving, checking and processing incoming stock
- Creating freight labels and preparing shipments for dispatch
- Replenishing warehouse stock locations
- Processing customer returns and exchanges
- Assisting with inventory management and stocktakes
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
- General warehouse and operational duties as required

About You The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous warehouse, fulfilment, dispatch or pick/pack experience
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Be reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Take pride in accuracy and efficiency
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Have basic computer skills and confidence learning recent systems
- Be physically capable of lifting cartons and stock when required

Experience with ecommerce fulfilment, Shopify, freight systems or inventory management software will be highly regarded but is not essential.
