Myla Jane is looking for a reliable, organised and friendly Warehouse & Fulfilment Assistant to join our growing team.

This role would be ideal for someone looking for consistent weekday morning hours, particularly a parent with school-aged children seeking work that fits around the school day.

The Role

Working from our warehouse in Burleigh Heads, you'll be responsible for ensuring orders are packed accurately and dispatched promptly each day, while supporting the wider team with general warehouse administration and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include

- Packing and preparing online orders for dispatch
- Assisting with warehouse administration and organisation
- Stock counting and inventory management
- Helping with customer service enquiries




- Receiving and organising stock
- Supporting general day-to-day warehouse tasks

Hours
- Monday–Friday mornings
- Hours will vary depending on daily order volumes
- Additional hours may be required during busier periods, including launches and peak sale seasons

We're looking for someone who is dependable, efficient, has great attention to detail and takes pride in their work. Previous warehouse, retail or e-commerce experience is preferred but not essential. You'll need to be comfortable working independently, managing repetitive tasks with care and being part of a small, fast-paced team.
