Key Responsibilities:

As a Leading Hand, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Support the shift supervisor in ensuring workplace output, productivity level and compliance
- Coordinate work in the team to ensure completion of work in a timely and accurate manner to meet dispatch requirements and fulfill on time delivery targets
- Champion the company policies and procedures and ensure the team is adhering to all safety, quality and other national requirements
- Provide training to operatives as and when required
- Conduct audit of pick schedules as well as oversee and audit inventory and cycle counting procedures
- Undertaking additional tasks as directed

About You:

- Ability to lead a group and drive performance results

- Effective and professional interpersonal and communication skills

- Reliable with a positive demeanour

- A team player with attention to detail and advocate for safe work practices

- Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and food safety principles is an advantage.

- Forklift licence/certificate (MHE) including high- reach is essential

- Willingness to undertake shift work and overtime as needed

- Ability to meet the role requirements and undertake pre-employment background and medical (including Drug and alcohol) testing
