We are a hands-on business where teamwork, reliability, quality and safety are highly valued. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Store Person / All-Rounder to join our team and support our warehouse, production and packing operations.

About the Role

This is a hands-on warehouse position suited to someone who enjoys a wide-ranging role and is comfortable working across warehouse and production environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, receiving and checking stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, operating forklifts and supporting the production and packing teams when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders.
- Receive and process orders through our warehouse management system.
- Perform manual checks on all incoming goods to ensure stock levels are accurate and goods are free from damage.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and update inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Occasionally assist the production and packing teams when required.
- Keep production lines supplied with empty containers, packaging materials and other required materials.
- Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and production areas.




- Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures within the warehouse and production environment.

Forklift Duties

- Load and unload delivery vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- Operate a high-reach forklift to move and store pallets.
- Rotate floor stock and organise pallets into warehouse racking.
- Shrink-wrap pallets and prepare goods for storage or dispatch.
- Ensure forklift operations are carried out safely and in accordance with workplace procedures.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution or similar picking and packing environment is essential.
- Current forklift licence and demonstrated forklift experience is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately read and follow picking instructions.
- Physical capability to regularly lift, carry and move items weighing up to 25 kg.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain productivity targets.
- Good organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple orders.
- Basic computer literacy, including basic Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to learn and use warehouse management systems.
- Reliable and punctual approach to work.
- Flexibility with working hours when required.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
