The role
Our Darwin Depot is based East Arm and we require a Warehouse Storeperson who is a passionate and enthusiastic team member and who possesses a can/will-do attitude to work within the Warehouse and Transport operations to help support significant growth and service a diverse customer base.
Duties
- Reporting to the Operations Manager and work as directed receiving and processing incoming and outgoing freight
- Forklift operation, order picking, packing and preparation for dispatch including quality checks
- Unloading of containers
- Assist with inventory checks to manage stock rotation
- Integrity checking of dispatch & receipt paperwork and process with a high level of attention to detail
- WMS system knowledge and RF scanning experience
- Comply with all QA procedures and company guidelines
About you
- Holder of current LF License, High-reach experience highly desirable
- Experience in handling sensitive and high value products
- Experience with general freight including machinery also an advantage
- Be reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Have a positive attitude and demonstrated ability to be flexible in adapting to change in rapid paced work environment
