What’s involved?

Your work plays a key role in ensuring that when customers need parts, they arrive accurately, on time, and in full because that reliability is what makes Sterling the name that comes to mind — Think Sterling.

Based at our Victoria West branch in Derrimut, you'll lead the Warehouse and Logistics teams that keep the operation moving. Your mission? To run a clean, safe, and high-performing site where stock is accurate, orders are picked, packed and dispatched before cut-off, and containers are turned around fast.

You'll coach and develop your team, drive continuous improvement across warehouse layout and dispatch workflows, and make sure our Warehouse and Transport Management Systems are used properly and running smoothly every day. What are we looking for?

- You have a background in the automotive industry, or strong parts distribution experience.
