Our client is looking for hands-on, reliable and detail-oriented day shift Production Operators to support their food manufacturing facility.

Located in Yandina QLD 4561, our client specialises in fresh dressings and sauces for some of Australia’s best loved National food brands. This role may suit individuals with a baking, kitchen hand, or food prep background, as it involves working with ingredients, following detailed instructions and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Shift times: Please note that this work is Monday to Friday.

Please note that applicants must be flexible and available to work across the below shift times as required:

- 5:00am to 1:00pm

- 7:00am to 3:00pm

- 3:00pm to 11:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Manual handling tasks – stacking, packing, and wrapping products

- Operating automated fill and pack production lines

- Operating High reach (minimum 6 racks) and Counterbalance forklift

- Receiving deliveries and goods

- Will work across Dry Store and/or Chiller





- Stock control and storeroom management across multiple SKUs

- Working in cold room environments

- Conducting quality checks to ensure product standards

- General cleaning and hygiene maintenance

- Performing routine checks and repetitive task

Desired skills and experiences:

- Previous experience in manufacturing environments (e.g. baking, printing, food production or painting industry).

- Previous experience with GMP and HACCP.

- Ability to work in a rapid paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Availabilities for Monday - Friday.

- Reliable transport is required for this position.
