ULS Group is seeking an experienced Weed Management Specialist to deliver specialist weed control services across wetlands, native vegetation reserves, ecological restoration projects and commercial landscapes

About the role

You will be responsible for identifying weed species, developing treatment programs and delivering integrated weed management solutions across a diverse range of environmental and landscaped sites.

Key responsibilities

- Weed and native vegetation identification
- Selective herbicide application and integrated weed control
- Vegetation assessments and monitoring
- Development of weed management programs
- Spray diary and compliance reporting
- Environmental restoration and revegetation support
- Technical advice to maintenance and construction teams

Skills & Experience

Essential

- Advanced weed identification skills
- Native vegetation knowledge




- Experience in wetlands, bushland or ecological restoration
- Robust herbicide knowledge and application experience
- Ability to work independently and safely
- Excellent communication skills

Required Qualifications

- ChemCert or ACUP Accreditation
- Chemical User Accreditation
- White Card
- Victorian Driver Licence

Desirable

- Certificate III in Conservation & Ecosystem Management
- Certificate III in Horticulture
- Bush Regeneration experience
- Chainsaw and machinery licences
- Conservation land management experience
