The Media Park

Newcastle

Newcastle, NSW | Part-Time (3 Days Per Week) | On-Site

About The Media Park The Media Park is a boutique media and marketing agency working with businesses across Newcastle and beyond.

We help brands grow through full-service marketing, including strategy, branding, website design, SEO, social media management, digital advertising and content creation. We are a collaborative team that values creativity, genuine relationships and delivering great results for our clients.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer & SEO Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the balance of creative website design and strategic SEO.

You'll be responsible for designing new websites, updating existing client websites, and developing and implementing SEO strategies that help our clients grow their online visibility.

This isn't a heavily custom-coded developer role. We build websites using WordPress and Elementor, so we're looking for someone with a great eye for design, user experience and website structure who knows how to bring a website together using modern website builders and plugins.

Alongside website design, you'll lead the implementation of SEO strategies across a diverse range of industries, continuously improving website performance and search visibility.

As The Media Park continues to grow, this role has the opportunity to grow with you. You'll have the flexibility to expand your skills into areas such as Google Ads and graphic design (if of interest), while also having the opportunity to increase your hours and transition into a full-time role as our website and SEO portfolio continues to grow.
