Allied Heat Transfer a leading and commercially successful business that provides heat transfer solutions to the industry are currently seeking an experienced Welder at their Canning Vale premise.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform welding and fabrication using FCAW, MIG, GTAW/TIG, and ARC welding processes as required.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Measure, mark, cut, fit, and assemble metal components.
- Perform fabrication and welding of structural and mechanical components.
- Set up and operate welding equipment, cutting equipment, grinders, and other workshop tools.
- Carry out grinding, finishing, and preparation of welded components.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- Identify and rectify welding and fabrication defects.
- Ensure dimensions, tolerances, and weld quality meet required standards.
- Maintain tools, machinery, and equipment in good working condition.
- Keep the workshop and work areas clean, organised, and safe.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Complete work within agreed production schedules and deadlines.

About You The successful candidate will have:

- Relevant trade qualification in Welding, Fabrication, Boiler making, or a related field.




- Demonstrated experience in welding and metal fabrication.
- Competent FCAW/MIG/GTAW/TIG/ARC welding skills.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good measuring, fitting, and fabrication skills.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work safely in a busy workshop environment.
- Relevant tickets, licences, and industry experience will be highly regarded.
