About the role

Morrison is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive Wholesale/Warehouse Assistant. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting wholesale operations, with a strong focus on driving sales, supporting domestic and international sales agents, managing wholesale orders and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves coordinating sample ranges, assisting the Marketing team with gifting initiatives, coordinating daily freight requirements and supporting warehouse operations, including wholesale packing and online order dispatch when required.

You will work closely with the Wholesale Manager across the day-to-day running of the wholesale business, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys a varied position and is keen to develop their experience across sales, wholesale and broader fashion operations.

Key responsibilities

- Drive sales to achieve and exceed sales targets, while providing ongoing support to domestic and international sales agents.
- Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale clients, offering product knowledge, guidance and assistance throughout the sales process.
- Support the Wholesale Manager across order processing, tracking, deliveries and day-to-day wholesale administration.
- Maintain strong communication with wholesale clients, sales agents and internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient order management.
- Manage and maintain sample ranges, ensuring samples are organised,



complete and available for domestic and international sales requirements.
- Assist the Marketing team with gifting initiatives, including coordinating product selections, preparing gifting and supporting gifting campaigns.
- Assist with unpacking large volumes of boxed freight.
- Assist with daily freight requirements, including preparing shipments, organising courier bookings and dispatch documentation.
- Pack new stock for retail stores and wholesale clients.
- Assist with online order dispatch and responding to customer queries as required.

- Ability to multi-task and be an all-rounder, confidently moving between wholesale, customer service, marketing and warehouse responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude.
- Able to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
- Comfortable with the physical requirements of the role, including unpacking and moving boxed freight.
