The Roles
- Ground Window Cleaner — start here, build from the ground up
- BMU Operator — work from the building's own platform, 50+ storeys up
- EWP Operator — cherry pickers, boom lifts, travel towers
- Rope Access Technician — IRATA or SPRAT, Level 1, 2 or 3

What you need
Must have
- Working at Heights ticket
- Right to work in Australia
- Qualified attitude, turn up on time, do the work properly
- Decent communication — you'll be on premium sites in front of tenants
- IRATA or SPRAT ticket (rope access applicants only)
Nice to have
- Driver's licence and own vehicle
- Commercial window cleaning experience
We'll take the right attitude over experience every time. If you're reliable, switched on about safety, and proud of clean work — we'll train the rest.
