Twistarz Gymnastics Academy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Coach to join our Competition Team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of our Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Competition Team, you will work alongside our existing coaching team to develop athletes who are technically solid, confident,



resilient and proud to represent Twistarz.

Your responsibilities may include

- Coaching competitive WAG athletes across relevant levels
- Planning and delivering structured, progressive training sessions
- Developing strong technical foundations across all apparatus
- Supporting the development of strength, flexibility, artistry and physical preparation
- Preparing athletes for competitions and events
- Providing clear, constructive and age-appropriate feedback
- Working collaboratively with other Competition Team coaches
- Maintaining high standards of athlete safety and wellbeing
- Communicating professionally with athletes, families and colleagues
- Contributing to the continued development of the Twistarz competitive program

We believe successful competitive gymnastics is about more than results. We want our athletes to work hard, set goals, respond positively to challenges, support their teammates and develop skills that will stay with them well beyond their time in gymnastics.

ABOUT YOU

Applicants must hold a minimum Module 1 – Spring & Tumbling qualification and be willing to continue their professional development toward an Advanced coaching qualification.

Previous experience within a competitive WAG program will be highly regarded.
