About the role...

As a Workforce Management Consultant, you will implement Rotageek and ELMO’s wider workforce management solutions for customers.

You’ll gather requirements, run workshops, configure solutions and support delivery through testing, go-live and hypercare.



You’ll translate workforce management needs into practical system solutions while building expertise across scheduling, time and attendance, leave, mobile functionality, employee self-service, reporting and integrations.

What you’ll do

- Support workforce management implementations from discovery through post-go-live optimisation.
- Gather requirements and contribute to solution design workshops.
- Configure solutions in line with agreed designs, customer needs and implementation standards.
- Maintain requirements, configuration records, test evidence, issues, actions and customer documentation.
- Support testing across workforce management, Payroll and ELMO HR Core, including defect follow-up.
- Investigate cross-system issues, perform initial root-cause analysis and raise well-documented tickets.
- Manage customer actions, dependencies, risks and milestone readiness with internal teams.
- Communicate clearly with customers throughout workshops, testing, rollout and stabilisation.
- Contribute to playbooks, templates, training materials, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

- Experience in workforce management, rostering, time and attendance, payroll, HR technology or SaaS.
- Experience supporting software implementation, configuration, testing, training or optimisation.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into practical system solutions.
- Understanding of HR, payroll and workforce management integrations and data flows.
- Strong troubleshooting,



problem-solving, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence explaining complex concepts clearly and supporting customer workshops.
- Experience with testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare or post-go-live optimisation.
- A customer-focused, collaborative approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
