About the role

You'll be working across a collaborative team at The Deepdale Group, a collection of purpose-led brands including Mardaa (a proudly Aboriginal-led and majority owned company blending sustainability and service across branded merchandise, uniforms, furniture, full-service office fit-outs, and promotional products) and Look Brilliant (a certified B Corp delivering high-quality merchandise, branding, apparel, and event displays for over 30 years). This role focuses on telling the stories of these brands and their impact well.

Key responsibilities

- Write product copy, case studies, web content and sales material
- Create clear, skilled content for both B2B and technical audiences
- Assist with campaign planning, content calendars and marketing rolloutsSupport social media content creation
- Coordinate product launches, newsletters and promotional activity
- Collaborate with graphic designers, sales teams and the marketing manager
- Help build consistency across brand voice and messaging
- Craft narratives that uplift Indigenous creativity and celebrate community impact

About you

- Strong writing skills with a portfolio of content or marketing work
- Experience writing for web,



socials and print—ideally in B2B or technical industries
- Confident communicator who thrives on collaboration and coordination
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Hubspot or similar
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar marketing or content role
- Organised, proactive and passionate about Aussie-owned and purpose-led brands
- Strong interest in—or familiarity with—Indigenous Australian language, culture or slang, or a willingness to learn respectfully
