We are seeking an experienced, professional and guest-focused Yacht Attendant to join the crew of our busy 35m Private / Charter Motor Yacht, based in Fremantle.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous yachting experience who loves delivering exceptional service, takes pride in the finer details and thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.

As Yacht Attendant, you will play an i ntegral part in creating an exceptional onboard experience for owners and charter guests, including:

- Providing warm, personalised and professional guest service
- Food and beverage service and assisting with onboard entertaining
- Preparing guest areas for cruising, dining and overnight stays
- Maintaining cabins and interior areas to an immaculate standard
- Housekeeping, laundry and general interior presentation as required
- Assisting with provisioning and maintaining guest supplies
- Anticipating guest needs and responding professionally and discreetly
- Working closely with the Captain and crew to deliver a seamless onboard experience
- Assisting across other areas of the yacht when required

We are looking for someone who combines proven yachting experience with exceptional service, professionalism and attention to detail.

You will require:

- Previous experience working aboard private, charter or luxury motor yachts is essential
- Experience delivering high-quality guest service within a yachting workplace
- Exceptional personal presentation and attention to detail
- Food and beverage service experience




- Strong housekeeping and interior presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to assist wherever required
- The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit crew
- Flexibility to adapt to changing cruising schedules and guest requirements
- Solid references and a proven work ethic
- Full Australian working rights
