As a casual Therapeutic Youth Worker (Rockhampton location) with Lifestyle Solutions, you’ll support young people in care to feel safe, build trust, and believe in their futures. If you’re calm, compassionate, and ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!

Currently, we are looking for candidates available to work rotating rosters including weekends and overnights shifts as below:

0600-1400

1400-2200/Sleepover shift (passive)

? What You’ll Bring

- Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family, Community Services or similar OR willingness to enrol - we can connect you with government-funded training options!
- Current QLD driver’s license and probity clearances

- Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
