About the Hall Street Centre Our Hall Street Centre is a 29 place Long Day Care service for children aged 0-6 years, supported by a team of approximately 8 educators across two learning environments. The Centre operates Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 6:00pm and has strong connections with local families and the wider Cessnock community. While boutique in size, the role offers the chance to lead all aspects of service performance and develop broad leadership capability across people, quality, compliance, finance and operations,



supported by CMCC’s experienced leadership team. About the Role As Centre Director, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of service operations, including: Lead the day to day operation and performance of the service Build a positive, accountable and engaged team culture Coach, mentor and develop educators and emerging leaders Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and organisational requirements Partner with families and stakeholders to maintain strong community connections Drive quality improvement, occupancy and operational outcomes Undertake the responsibilities of Nominated Supervisor The Leader We’re Looking For You are an approachable and values driven leader who enjoys working alongside your team and helping others succeed. You build trust, communicate effectively, lead with accountability and are comfortable having courageous conversations when needed.
