Underground Pump Fitter - WA FIFO | Mining Maintenance
About the Role
Trade qualified Pump Fitter requirted for an underground mining contractor in the WA Goldfields. Working an 8:6 days-only roster (FIFO ex-Perth), you'll service and repair pumps, helical rotor pump sets, and mono/slurry pumps, along with associated pipe and infrastructure work around pump stations. You'll work back-to-back with another pump fitter in a close-knit maintenance crew.
Requirements
- Trade Certificate in fitting, diesel fitting or similar
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Mining based roles
- Eagerness to learn UG hard rock mining
- Strong safety attitude and ability to work autonomously
- Team player with a "have a go" mentality
