We are partnered with Australia's largest container terminal operator, who are now seeking an experienced Terminal Container Coordinator for its busy operations in Fremantle.
Full time hours - Monday - Friday 7am-3pm
About the role:
- Coordinate terminal container movement and allocations.
- Manage the receival of empty containers
- Organise and liaise with the Terminal dispersal/transfer of empty containers into Terminal
- Manage all relevant work systems
- Maintain and update operational data daily via various Excell spreadsheets.
- Update relevant stakeholders daily
- Monthly reporting to relevant stakeholders
About you:
- Previous operational experience in same or similar workplace
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with different stakeholders
- Excellent MS Office skills - inparticular Excell
- Previous experience using MODAL and 1-Stop applications - desirable
- Forklift license - desirable
