Responsibilities

About the Role

We're seeking Process Operators to join a high-performing production team in a continuous manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, processing, warehousing, FMCG, timber, food production, assembly, or similar industrial environments.

You'll play a key role in monitoring production processes, maintaining product quality, managing materials, and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

No plasterboard experience? No problem. Full training is provided, and experience from other manufacturing environments is highly transferable.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production processes
• Maintain product quality through regular inspections and testing




• Prepare and manage raw materials to support continuous production
• Complete production, quality, and process documentation accurately
• Assist with production changeovers, start-ups, and shutdowns
• Operate forklifts and move materials as required
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe workplace
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams
• Champion a strong safety culture and follow all site procedures

Your Profile

• Current Forklift Licence with at least 12 months operating experience
• Experience in production, processing, manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts as part of a 4 on, 4 off roster

• Reliable team player with a positive attitude
