Utopia is one of the largest independent property management businesses in the Noosa Shire, managing a substantial long-term rental portfolio from our offices in Noosa Heads.

We're looking for a diligent Property Inspector to join our long-term leasing team. This is a role for someone who takes pride in the detail. You'll be the eyes on the ground across our managed properties, giving owners confidence their investment is well cared for.

What You'll Do:

n

- Conducting routine inspections across the long-term portfolio and producing clear, well-documented reports
n
- Completing entry and exit condition reports to a high standard, with thorough photographic records
n




- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues promptly, and following through to see they're actioned
n
- Liaising with tenants, owners, and the property management team to keep everyone informed
n
- Ensuring inspections meet Queensland residential tenancy & Utopia requirements.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience using Inspection Express is a strong advantage.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and reporting.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a qualified and personable manner.
n
- Sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication.
n
- Experience in real estate, or facilities management is a plus.
n
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask.
n
- Customer-first mindset and professional, proactive approach.
