Who We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience managing a shopping centre or retail asset, with a strong understanding of centre operations, retailer relationships, and customer experience.
n
- Ability to lead centre teams, contractors, and service providers while maintaining high standards across presentation, safety, and service delivery.
n
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and driving asset performance and value
n
- A current Queensland Real Estate Licence is essential, along with a hands on and proactive approach to managing the day to day operations of a shopping centre.

The Role

n

As Centre Manager, you will lead the day to day operations of The Barracks, ensuring a great experience for retailers, customers and stakeholders. You will oversee centre performance, operations, facilities, budgeting and retailer relationships while maintaining the centre as a leading Brisbane destination.

Key Responsibilities

n

n




- Manage lease documentation from Heads of Agreement and Letters of Offer through to lease execution
n
- Maintain accurate lease records, critical dates and document management within MRI, Vault, Vision or similar systems
n
- Work closely with Leasing, Asset Management, Legal and Finance teams to ensure commercial terms are correctly documented
n
- Liaise with tenants, solicitors and leasing agents to keep transactions progressing smoothly and on schedule
n
- Review commercial terms including rent, incentives, guarantees and licence fees, identifying and escalating any discrepancies
n
- Ensure all lease documentation is accurate, compliant and audit-ready Prepare complete handover packs and final documentation once leasing transactions are completed
