About The Role

n

Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Estimator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for detail, a robust understanding of automotive repairs, and a passion for delivering accurate, professional estimates to support our premium clientele. You will play a key role in ensuring our bodyshop operations are efficient, transparent, and aligned with our high-quality brand standards.

In this role you will:

n

- Inspect and assess vehicles for damage and repair requirements
n
- Prepare accurate repair estimates in line with manufacturer standards
n
- Liaise with customers, insurance companies, and the bodyshop team to coordinate repairs
n
- Maintain detailed records of assessments and approvals
n
- Advise the Bodyshop Manager on workflow and repair priorities
n
- Ensure compliance with safety standards,



manufacturer procedures, and quality expectations
n
- Provide excellent customer service and timely updates throughout the repair process
n

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

n

- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Estimator, preferably within luxury or prestige automotive brands
n
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair methods, materials, and manufacturer repair guidelines
n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
n
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
n
- Professionalism, integrity, and a proactive attitude
