Production Operators- Day & Afternoon shifts

We’re looking for reliable Production & Forklift Operators to join our busy precast manufacturing team in Melton. 5am-3pm/ 6am-4pm or 2:00pm-middnight. This is a hands-on role with consistent hours, guaranteed ordinary-time hours and opportunities to learn new skills. $34-$39 per hour + overtime 50 hours per week ordinary time + overtime guaranteed Monday-Friday day shifts Every second Saturday required

with reduced hours and weekend pay Consistent, ongoing work Training and opportunities to learn new skills Hands-on work with a variety of concrete products Work both independently and as part of a team Predominantly outdoor work Immediate start available for the right person The Role: You’ll be part of our precast or production teams, helping manufacture, finish, repair and handle concrete products. Your day-to-day work may include: Pouring, screeding, patching and moulding concrete Washing, polishing and repairing concrete pipes Finishing and preparing concrete products Loading and unloading products using an





LF forklift Picking and handling rubber rings, caps and other components General production and manual handling duties Keeping the work area clean and safe Forklift operation is only a small part of the role. This is primarily a hands-on production position, so you need to be comfortable getting involved with the physical side of the work. What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to have every skill listed below - a good attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as key. Current LF Forklift Licence - essential Experience in concrete, precast, construction, manufacturing or a similar environment is highly regarded Physically fit and comfortable with manual work Comfortable working outdoors Strong safety attitude and understanding of OH&S; Reliable transport to and from

Melton Flexible with early morning start times Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Able to work independently and as part of a team Additional tickets or qualifications are advantageous Willing to undergo a drug and alcohol test if required Ready for a New Opportunity? If you're after
