About the Role: Training Intern Porsche Cars Australia seeks a Training Intern on a 12-month, full time contract working within the Sales & Network Development team. The intern position will gain hands-on experience across training coordination, business reporting and retail performance. This is a great entry-level opportunity to build practical skills while supporting key initiatives within a premium global brand.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate training logistics, invites, calendars and communications

Administer and coordinate usage of Training Academy and all training resources

Maintain the Porsche Learning Management System

Prepare reports, training materials, and track attendance/feedback

Track and manage training budgets including purchase order processing

Support dealer performance reporting and data analysis (requires very good Excel skills)





Assist with training events and stakeholder coordination

Provide general administrative and project support across the Sales & Network Development department

What You Offer

Previous experience working in an administrative role

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Confident communication skills and attention to detail

Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)

Proactive, reliable and eager to learn

Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Business, or similar

Ability to travel between the two main Porsche sites (Collingwood & Essendon Fields)
