About You The Role You’ll begin as a Front Office Coordinator - the warm, welcoming face of Dental Boutique. From greeting patients to managing appointments and ensuring each visit runs smoothly, you’ll help create a memorable and seamless experience for every client. But this role goes beyond the front desk. If you have a natural ability to build trust, communicate with confidence, and help people take the next step, you’ll transition into a Patient Sales Consultant - guiding clients through their smile journey with care and clarity.

What You’ll Be Doing

Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth

“Check in” and “check out” clients while managing appointment schedules

Handle phone enquiries and complete admin tasks with accuracy and efficiency

Create a calm, confident environment that puts patients at ease

Coordinate with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
