POSITION SUMMARY Aplenty is looking for a hands‑on Catering All Rounder to support our events, FOH, beverage and logistics teams.

This is a varied role where no two days look quite the same — from batching cocktails and packing events to setting up grazing tables, supporting FOH or delivering our Ready to Serve orders.

Perfect for someone with hospitality experience, a flexible schedule and an interest in learning the ropes of a growing catering + events business.

Please disregard position of 'kitchen hand', there was no option for a Catering All‑Rounder!

SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION LOOKS LIKE

Events and deliveries are packed accurately and ready on time

Event set‑ups and pack‑downs run smoothly

Beverage orders are prepared, labelled and organised

Equipment and stock are well maintained and accounted for

You communicate clearly and take initiative

Aplenty’s presentation and service standards are upheld

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY EVENT PREP & LOGISTICS

Pack food, beverages, equipment and supplies using event paperwork and checklists

Load and unload catering vehicles

Deliver and collect catering orders and equipment across Sydney

Keep stock, equipment and event preparation areas organised

BEVERAGE + CATERING SUPPORT

Batch cocktails and prepare beverage orders

Assist with grazing tables, beverage stations and event set‑ups

Support FOH service and pack‑down where required

Help across different areas of the business during busy periods

STANDARDS + ORGANISATION

Follow Aplenty systems, checklists and procedures





Maintain clean, organised and safe work areas

Communicate any stock, equipment or logistical issues early

Take initiative and help wherever needed

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

FOH, hospitality, catering or events experience preferred

Confident driving vans or similar vehicles

Comfortable with lifting, loading and physical work

Reliable, organised and able to follow instructions accurately

REQUIREMENTS

Full Australian Driver’s Licence essential

Current NSW RSA or willing to complete course

Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends
