Routine Inspections Officer / Assistant Property Manager

to support our Property Management team and help maintain high standards across our portfolio. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career in property management, with exposure to a range of day-to-day property management activities and opportunities to develop within the business. Key Responsibilities

Schedule, conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed routine inspection reports Identify and report maintenance, property condition and tenancy-related matters to Property Managers Assist Property Managers with entry and exit inspections Assist with tenant communication and general property management tasks Liaise professionally with tenants,



owners and contractors as required Work closely with the Property Management team to ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered Provide additional support to the team when required Key Skills & Experience

Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately assess and document property conditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time-management skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while also being part of a team Previous experience in property management, inspections or real estate is desirable but not essential A positive attitude and strong customer-service focus Willingness to learn and develop within the property management industry Licences & Requirements
