Industroquip Safety & Signage – Rutherford NSW Industro is looking for a proactive, energetic and commercially minded Client Relations Manager to join our sales team. This is not a passive customer service role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and winning business. You will manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts while working closely with our external sales representatives to identify opportunities and book quality customer appointments. You'll also be one of the first points of contact for incoming sales enquiries, taking ownership of opportunities from initial enquiry through to quote, follow-up and order. Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts Build strong, long-term relationships with customers Proactively contact customers to identify new sales opportunities Reactivate dormant and under-spending accounts Identify upcoming projects, requirements and purchasing opportunities Book qualified appointments for our external sales representatives Respond quickly to incoming phone,



email and website enquiries Prepare and follow up quotations Convert enquiries and quotes into orders Cross-sell the broader Industro product range Maintain regular contact and follow-up with customers Work closely with external sales representatives to grow key accounts Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunities and follow-up activities What We're Looking For
